Feel so guilty

    Yesterday all I ate was a pot noodle, pkt of Doritos and two ice slices then I threw it up before bed.

    I just can't seem to eat properly...I don't want to cook or eat a full meal, just seem to be picking


    sat here forcing down a pkt of grapes, still taking my preg vits though...anyone else not eating properly?

    I'm the same, I've gone off everything thats good for me, and like you am still taking my pregnancy vitamins, hoping my appetite will come back soon as all I seem to be eating is crap, rather than eating nothing atall! x

    Same, just had to eat grapes as I was nearly throwing up my chicken soup. I feel ill after every (tiny) meal so have to follow it up with something sweet to distract myself :(

    I have just forced myself to eat a slice of toast, so not feeling the whoel eating thing today. Feel sick before, during and after eating the last few days! Thought I had got past this stupid sickness! :(

    i was the same 6-13/14 weeks i lived on bolied sweets, chocolate, cake. loads of crap.
    i ate an apple b4 my 12 week scan, and that came bk up.
    now im better can eat a lotmore.
    my theroy as long somthing stayed down its ok. can always make up for it later on.
