Just having a down day today any one who has seen my previous posts will know I'm struggling to have an af I'm under a fertility specialist who's done bloods and everything hormone wise is fine I basically have no liking in my womb I was given one lot of tablets to take for a week to build this up and make me bleed with no joy, I was then put on a 3 week course of a tablet just like the pill finished these on Monday night and up to now still nothing not even a niggle of cramp no sore boobs nothing, I've sat and had a bit cry I just feel like my body is betraying me now. Consulant was sure these tablets would work and was thinking of starting ovulation stimulation next week at my next appointment but I guess that won't be happening now All I've had is a couple of days of whit cm followed by a couple of days with a lot of clear cm and now back to nothing just don't know how to feel any more sorry for the rant

Don't apologize for venting, we all experience low days. Hopefully the doctors are able to help you and you can continue on your ttc journey. You're in my thoughts.

Don't give up hope yet. Did doctor say what you should expect to experience by now? You might find you are responding well. If not I'm sure there are plenty of other things they can try. In the meantime feel free to vent-we all need to at sometime or another. Good luck.

When I last seen her the expectations she had was that this lot of tablets would have worked and I could start the ovulation stimulation, she probably sees it all the time but I just feel like I'm not getting any further forward , I'm probably just having one of those days lol

Have you tried the natural route ?, agnus castus raises progesterone levels if you take it for 3 months, if you look on Amazon and see the feedback. I caught pregnant from taking it. Also beetroot juice or fresh beetroot will thicken your womb lining. Twinnings even do a beetroot herbal tea. Vitamin C and vitamin E also help and raspberry leaf tea. xx

You're very welcome, if you type into google 'how to thicken womb lining' there are lots of natural remedies that work, I was just reading a ladies' blog about how she did it. You have nothing to lose, sometimes the natural way is better than all these false chemicals. Let us know how you get on. I keep getting to the point of giving up but I just can't and I won't stop until I get another bfp or I'm just too old to carry on. Never give up hope ! xx

Thank you so much I'll definitely look into it, I hope you get another bfp soon thank you so much for your support x

Just had t appointment with my Gynae she's gob smacked ive still had no af, anonternal scan has shown my lining to my womb is only 3.4 mm thick but I do have a 4 mm follicle growing, I've been given more tablets to take to prompt an af and being referred to have a hysterosalpingogram done but all of my hormone levels are still fine

I would still try the natural route too, one lady I read about increased hers from 4mm to 9mm just by taking vitamin E, evening primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea etc. Fertility experts and IVF specialists tell their patients to drink beetroot juice. Thats great that you have a follicle growing, thats brilliant news. Exercise is also meant to help as it improves blood flow to the uterus. x

I'm definitely going to try these things thank you so much sat and cried again just because you have given me another option I'm like an emotional wreck and the oh just doesn't know how to help me bless him. I did think the follicle growing was a good thing I'm sure she said this was about 4mm in size. I'm going to try everything I possibly can to thicken my lining before I have to go back and see her again thank you so so much

Having a very strange morning just got up ( been on night shift not lazy lol) I took one pill last night from the new ones off my gynaecologist but this morning when I've been to the toilet I'm bleeding now I don't know if I should be getting excited about this or not I don't think it's been caused by my internal exam it never usually happens and although it's only when I go to the toilet at the moment it's not what I would call spotting it looks like af is on her way I've had a 3 day head ache which is a usual sign for me or used to be when I had an af and that's disappeared as soon as the bleeding has started help

It sounds like af to me, wooo hooo, your pills must be working, I too get dreaded pre menstrual headaches before af, well mine are migraines.
Eat plenty of fruit, citrus fruit, kiwis, or take vitamin C, this always helps bring on AF for me. x

Thank you so much for your reply my bleeding has stopped completely today in wondering if it's because I didn't have much there to come away fingers crossed it's stil a good sign though more than I've had previously and the head ache has gone woohoo
