at wot age can babys have finger foods,
B is 6 months old, is on the first stage jar foods weaning on to second and was wondering wen he can have sum finger foods?

Hiya Sarah,

Reece had just turned 6 months when he started having rusks to suck on. I was scared at first but they go so soft that its quite safe.

I'd start B when you feel comfy

i think they recommend 7-9 months Abi is nowhere near ready yet although i would probably give her a rusk cos of teething but they dont sell them here

My HV said the best time to introduce finger foods is 6 months
