I am very split with yours, as what looks to be nub looks girl on the first you can see a line, but what I am sure is actualy nub is what is sticking up.

I would say 70% boy

But post it on the ingender site (ultrasound prediction section) I am sure people would have more of a clue on there and they have a sonographer on there too
