nowt im getting my tongue bar changed, only problem is hopes inthe pram and its a night mare trying to get it up the steps on my own

Its really easy to do honestly, as long as your tongue isnt sore or tender then you can do it and tyhe hole wont close immediately -it takes a couple of hours.

Just take the old one out and pop the new one in from whatever side is easier for you - I find bottom easier.

I sell them so im forever showing people how to do it.

thanks everyone,i ended up going down town and th bloke who does the piercings wasnt even there so i went to anther place to get it done, cost me a tenner but i dont mind although went to my bank to get money out to get on the bus home and there wasnt any in so ive had to walk 3 miles back home and its just one massive hill, grrrr not a good day only just got back
