If you're going abroad, bars usually have a Kiddie Cocktail menu! I remember having them when I were young!
might try cranberry juice with lemon in a wine glass or alcohol free beer, can't see it not being the same though and sticking to oj!

I have found a 0% alcohol wine - in red, white and pink - called EISBERG.
Not tried the white and pink, but had the red - and it was OK with a splash of lemonade in it. Makes it a bit "sangria-esque" - which was quite nice. I think it's mind over matter. I felt tons better with a wine glass in my hand, with what looked like "real wine" in it. So I didn't feel deprived.
Similarly I found "BitBurger" 0% beer - which is quite nice too. My local pub serves it in bottles. Much better than most 0% beers.. it's hard as I work for SABMiller (a beer company!) and we get a beer allowance - my hubby loves the free Peroni! So I can enjoy a BitBurger alongside him.
