Last night I went to talk to my neighbour about something and very almost fainted on her doorstep. It was horrible, I felt hot, sick, dizzy and couldn't see properly plus I was sweating like crazy I had to go and sit down in her house for 20 mins till I felt better.
Then this morning, got up for work as normal, showered, had weetabix, drove to station with OH and was walking to station when - bam - it hit me again. Exactly the same horrible feelings plus felt like my legs had turned to lead. This was in the street, under the railway bridge, during rush hour. How embarrassing.
Luckily my doctors is only a minute walk from where I was at the time so we went there and I waited to see the duty doctor.
Walking up the stairs to the doctor's room I felt faint and dizzy all over again... after just one flight of stairs!
Anyway, to cut a long story short, had to have blood tests. Everything else (urine/BP) was ok. Doctor thinks I might be anaemic and/or have gestational diabetes! Results come through early next week.
Roll on 3rd Trimester. I can't wait to have my baby and start to feel more normal again! (haha)
