hey girlies me again

when i express i only gett about an ounze at the time have you any tips

Yip... very normal. It takes ages to get a decent amount expressed. Around 4 weeks I managed nearly 2 oz. Gets easier!
Aparently our milk supply only establishes itself properly after 6 weeks.

Hi,

The amount you get can also depend on the time of day you are doing it. Late in the evening you tend to get less than first thing in the morning. Even now if I express (I only do if I am engorged) I still get different amounts so try not to worry.

I find if I massage my boob whilst expressing it gets more out.
