Expressing

I can never get more then 5oz expressing and it's only if I do it in the morning. I want to try and put some in the freezer. Anyone have any advice? TIA

5oz is pretty good. I found I got more if I could express at the same time as feeding from other side. X

I agree, 5oz is good, I usually get 4oz. I express inbetween her morning feeds and freeze it.
