Expansion and renovation

We're planning to add one bedroom and renovate our kitchen. But the thing is, we only have enough savings for the bedroom. We really want to do it together so we're going to take out a loan for the kitchen. Any idea which one is better for personal loans - banks or credit unions?

I did an online search earlier and some credit unions banks really have lower rates. Among them I'm really liking this credit union's rates. I'd prolly go with them if everything goes without a hitch.

Use money supermarket to get loan quotes. It gives you the best price by far and also tells you how likely you are to get accepted.

I'm not to savvy on this subject but I do think that you should stay away from banks. I haven't heard great things about bank loans. Good luck!
