Exercising with baby

Hi ladies!

I am 18weeks today and I would like to start working out (to look good for myself and my OH) and feel good! Are there any special, favorite workouts that you would like to share with me?! I have a few but I want to make sure I look at all options.

Hey, why don't you try some pregnancy yoga? There's some good vids on YouTube that you could try for free to see if you like it and it's nice and relaxing x
 
Thank you! I found a few good ones to do a couple times a week. I found some other exercises too to help shape up my figure (that is barley there)
 
I've been trying to go out for walks a few times a week but I'm finding I'm getting stitch all the time and have to walk really slow! X
 
Yes, I try walks, and sometimes when I feel up to it, I ride my bike...SOMETIMES
