Looking for thoughts on exercise in tri 1.

I'm quite active and walk around 5 miles per day with my dogs and often do hill walks at the weekend. Iv read that exercise is good but I'm so worried bout loosing this baby.

I never reduced my exercise last time and wonder sometimes if that was to blame

Hey my mw told me to do the same exercise as normal as long as ur not doing excessive workouts X I don't think walking will bring on a mc X
 
Anything that you normally do before being pregnant should be ok as long as it isn't a struggle for you. It's usually only a problem if you suddenly start exercising once pregnant that you didn't do before xx
 
Exactly what hedgehog says. As long as it's not something you didn't do before pregnancy it's absolutely fine and very beneficial to you and baby xx

Def made me feel better. Just heading out to walk the hills :-D
