Exercise

I'm still throwing my Kettlebells around for cardio and strength, I've had to reign it in a bit but luckily I've found a programme for pregnant women that doesn't confine me to pilates and aqua - The plan right now is to keep going until I pop - At 8 weeks I reckon that's easy for me to say, might reread this in December and laugh my socks off.
 
I do Body Balance, Pilates, Body Pump and LBT and would also like to coninue doing as much as I can.

My main worry is having to tell me intructors at such an early stage......the whole class will then know when she gives me alternatives to do, and at only 4+4 I feel it is early for other people to know!

What do you think ladies?
