Evp line or BFP??

Soo about just over a week ago I done a clear blue test that look positive but was very faint so wasn't sure so a few days later I done a frer and got a BFN since the. I've had extremely bad heartburn feeling sick sore hips and lower back pain and some cramping on Thursday and Friday I had some what I thought was spotting sorry if (tmi) because it only lasted two day witch is not like my normal AF and I don't think that's due till next week? Anyway I left it about a day and done this tesco own brand this morning is this an evp line? Test is still wet so unsure as it's veryyy faint plsss help!
