Evening Primrose oil.. delays ovulation?

I have read that EPO can delay O? I'm onto CD 15 and don't think I have O yet and I have quite short cycles (26-28).

This is my first month of taking EPO. I have noticed I have lots of wet CM at the beginning but not really any EWCM so so far not seeing the benefit. Think I am going to stop taking this.

What are other peoples experience?

This is interesting as I was just looking into a way of delaying ovulation as we're not going to get a chance this month otherwise.

Hi hun, I took 2000mg epo a day up until ovulation, well it had the total opposite effect with me, it shortened my cycle from a normal 29 days to 24 days and made me ovulate much earlier. I had a positive opk on day 12 ! . I've heard a few say it shortens cycles, I've never heard that it will lengthen them, but I guess everyone is different. x
