Easy lunch ideas?

Have sone friends round for lunch on Thursday and don't know what to make, it needs to be really easy, any ideas? I know this isn't the right section but I need busy mummy ideas xx

What about a pasta bake ? Can make most of it in the morning then just top with cheese and warm in the oven when everyone gets there ? Xxx

I'd just grab some fresh ravioli and sauce and salad!

I would chop up chicken, any root veg you have, add some stock and herbs (I love tarragon) and slow cook a casserole. Serve with fresh bread and cous cous ( takes 5 mins) xx
