Hi ladies, going to try your tips! I've been nauseous for about a week or two now, I am currently 7+2, but it has been relentless in all honesty. I only vomit when there is nothing in my stomach, so only saliva and bile come out, so try to eat continually. I find fruit and carbs help, and in the morning ginger nuts. I drink gallons of water as am so thirsty all the time. Am going to get some travel bands and ginger sweets tomorrow, I go back to work Wednesday and not looking forward to it feeling like this!! X
