Early signs?

So for the past week or two I've felt incredibly naseous and hardly any food even sounds good, smells have become pretty intense, I'm really tired, I've had diarrhea, slight cramping, and my breasts are sore which almost never happens for me. I'm on the pill but I'm not always the best at taking them so sometimes I miss one or take them a couple hours late. I'm not sure if I could be pregnant or just over thinking it

Strange question but would you suggest peeing directly on the test or dipping it into a cup?
