early riser

hi all, any one got any advice for a 9 month old that has started waking at 5.30 every morning, she goes to bed at 8-830pm and sleeps through.

I put Ellie down at 7:30 she woke at 4:30 yesterday morning and 4:45 this morning. I just go in feed her and put her down. I don't turn any lights on, don't talk to her. She then goes back off again and I wake her at 7:30.

willow wakes anything from 4 - 6am i feed her and change her all the while not talking to her and she goes back down anytime up til 10 am

thanks ladies i have tried darking her room c if that helps it seems to so far, so fingers crossed.

Jake normally sleeps 7pm-6am and then wakes up for a feed and goes back down for an hour or two. Will your LO not go back to bed after breakfast for a bit? I suppose this is no good if you have to go out in the morning.

Keeley usually wakes up between 5-6am and i take her in my bed give her a bottle and we sleep til 8am
