Early EPU Scan..

Hey Girlies.
Phoned up my midwife today there has been no bleeding but i was worried about the pains i have been getting. She said it doesn't sound like an Etopic Pregnancy, but because i am worried she has put me in for a scan at 5 weeks 5 days on Wednesday. She said it will do me good putting my mind at rest either way.
She is lovely, Gave me her mobile number and said i can call her anytime if there is any problems, she also booked me in on the 11th for my first midwife appointment, she was digusted at the surgery for only booking me in for a 15 min appointment so she has booked me in for a 45 minute book in.

That's such good news for you. I m/c in June and fell preg again in August. At round 5.5 weeks I had alot of cramping so was worried. Called the EPU directly and got booked in for 4 days later but told to come in before if there was any bleeding. She was also so lovely. Went there and measured at 5.6 days with a strong heartbeat! She said it was in an ideal position and looked good and congratulated us! It all felt real then. Had several panics since then with the twinges and pains but had my 12 weeks scan 2 weeks ago and it was AMAZING! No reason why this won't be you too! Try to stay positive and look after you!
