is this ok to use whilst pregnant? I recently went to the chemist for something for my mouth ulcers.. and I wasn't allowed ANYTHING, not even Bongela!! They offered my glucose syrup..... which I laughed at, and went home and ate a tub of salt...that hurt!! But was wondering about E45.. it hasn't got steriods or anything in it, has it? anyone know??
hun ive been using bongela cool on my mouth ulsers works a treat i think your not surposed to use it when pg as its got alchol in it but i only use it once and my ulser goes not asif im eating the stuff manda xx
