Dull cramps

33 week tommo ladies but today been having dull pains in all the lower part of my stomach, little miss been kicking near rib area and lots of movement but like I've just lied in bed and all bottom of belly feel like a sore dull pain and I think I can feel her head moving side to side but what could the aches be? X

Could be a range of things really I guess...BH possibly, girly moving down and putting pressure on bits, muscles doing their thing. I think it's normal, I get the odd ache like that but you soon get used to it. Just try to keep moving without over doing if & it ususlly goes off, like normal stomach or period cramps.
Obviously if it gets majorly painful, girly stops moving, you get any bleeding or anything else major get checked, but from that I'd say normal and nothing to worry about!

Ive got this today too and im 33 + 2!
But I had a real good spring clean and sort out at home yesterday and my lower back is killing me too!!
So I dont know if mine is from doing too much!! xx
