So I'm 4 weeks today... I'm not getting cramps... its more like a dull ache around my abdomen/uterus area and lower back... like the feeling you get before you start AF. It feels really like... heavy feeling.

Which is this thats happening do you think? I'm not worried just curious :)

I had this at about 5-6 weeks - there's a lot going on down there right now - if it's sharp stabbing pains that realllllly hurt etc then I'd worry- if not its stretching and changing pains etc

I hated the dull ache I had - it almost felt like my uterus had its own pulse!

Thank you.. no no... its not a sharp pain.. its not even a pain just an ache..... it definately feels like the muscles are up to something haha.

Ok I've sorted my confusion- this exact post in tri 1 aswell lol

My pregnancy brain can't hack it

It's just everything stretching for bubs :) and sharp pains are completely normal, it's just ligament pain, so don't panic if you do get those!xxx

I also had this, looking back it was one of the first big hints to the fact I was pregnant!
A MW and a nurse very early on in my pregnancy (under 8 weeks) told me that it's pretty much a myth that stretching/ligament pain only starts in second trimester too! Hope this helps put your mind at ease :) x
