I know you will all think me funny, but I am now really looking forward to hospital dinners, well not the dinner, but the pudding - :yay:

It was always a sponge pudding with Custard and a different fruit each night at Reading and the same at Basingtoke where I had my first two!!

C-sections do mean you get a extra few nights of pudds!! yumm

Did anyone else enjoy this bit of having a baby or is it just me!

 I have to admit their puddings would be better than their mains

You are funny! I can sort of understand you as I LOVE aeroplane food

i love aeroplane food 2! when it all cums in its little packages

Urgh plane food makescme physically sick so if hospital food is anything like that then you can have my pudding jjmum!

Can you have food from outside brought in?

I like hospital toast, It's kinda sweet tasting!

I've never had hospital food but it's always looked pretty foul if I've been there visting someone, and I can't stand aeroplane food, I remember feeling very sick when I was a kid just after we landed back home and think I associate it with the last thing I ate, ie plane food. These days I'd rather go hungry than eat anything that gets re-heated en masse! Lucky I'm not flying anywhere eh?!

Malaysian and Singapore airlines do the best food - its really delicious! haha!

You would not fancy the main meals or sweets at my hospital!!!! (unless you like curled at the edges fish and stale spotted dick!!!)
The food at our hospital is known for being really bad!! My husband brought me a sandwich in with my other two children!!!!

Ewww^^^^ I think Ill be packing me some food to take in, my mum used to bring my marmalade sandwiches in for my mid morning snack as breakfast was so early! I would definitely recommend taking at least a bunch of fruit, muesli bars and stuff like that. I even took my own mug for tea!

ahh you girls realy need to try the pudds tho! The main meals were ok, but child sized, so if you want to loose a few lb's before you come home, it works a treat. I'm sure you can bring your own stuff if you like tho.

I remember talking to my OH the other day how I loved staying at the hospital for a few days, lying in bed and eating!
