Dr Browns newborn starter kit - question!

I know i have a bit of time yet, but im so confused about bottles im already looking at them all!

Anyway, ive come across this starter set for Dr Browns: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Browns-Natu...T95U/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1353936774&sr=8-4 now i know im not the brightest of people but if its a newborn starter set shouldnt it have teats for a newborn? the description states it has 2 x Level 2 Teats, 2 x Level 3 Teats and 2 x Travel Caps.

Are the teats for Dr browns bottles different to normal teat sizes or would you have to buy new ones for the whole set?

I think u get the size 1 tears already on the bottle plus size 2 and 3 as extras for when needed x
