Whats the diff between a "prenatal listening device" and a doppler?

sorry i dont have a clue.. i have a hi bebe bt 200 fetal doppler that helps you listen to the heart beat.. not sure about teh one that you are asking aobut.. not really sure what it does but i hear its not that great.. if you are gonna spend money i would buy a doppler xx gl
