Has anyone tried this for thickening you’re lining??

another month been and gone with a super light period again! So down in the dumps! Found an old post on mums net of someone saying this helped them and just wondering if it’s helped anyone here?

I’ve just ordered some because I’ll try absolutely anything!!!

I did try it for one of my frozen embryo cycles but can't say it made much of an improvement to my lining. Maybe if used for a few months it might have more benefit, I added it in just for the one cycle.
