Hi, I have a load of baby clothes I'd really like to donate to a charity or a project that hands them out to families who need them and have little or no money. Most were gifted to me and I don't really want to ebay, charity shop or freecycle them (although these are my options 2,3 and 4!)

Does anyone know of any charities who do this kind of work or have any idea who I should contact, local council maybe?

Thanks :D

Maybe a womens refuge or family hostel. Many women flee with just the clothes on their backs and the same with the kids too. Your local Womens Aid can help :D

get in touch with sure start they will tell you where is the best place or may take them off u

Thanks :D

I emailed womens aid and they've given me the number of my local coordinator to arrange donation (obviously can't tell me where the refuges are)

Thats really good of you. Ive promised Jakes clothes to a friend but Im gonna do the same with his next lot. There is a family hostel near my work so I'll take them in there
