does pregnancy mean change in CM during 2 WW?

hello to all of you

I could use some info from pregnant women

During your 2 WW did you notice any change in your CM? Were you dry while you were normally "wet" before AF? Or the opposite?

I'm asking because I'm afraid the pattern is that when you have conceived things are supposed to be reversed so you notice signs you don't normally have when AF is due.

Which leads me to think I haven't conceived again as CM looks the same as when AF is due

Hi, I know that when i found out I was pregnant, my cm was plentiful when usually it is dry. It was a constant thing 2 weeks before I was due my period. last month I was dry 2 weeks before AF arrived, but we are all different unless you are monitering each month. I would say if dry then no u would not of conceived and if lots of cm then you could of easily of conceived. Thats only my pattern though.
