Well, I had my first scan scan and I was 6 weeks 5 days and there was a heartbeat present then so I would agree with the above that it is around 6 or 7 weeks!!
How far are you?

I had a scan at around 6 weeks and saw the heart beating. Had a scan at 5 weeks and nothing then so i would say 6ish weeks x
