When their LO goes to bed early sit up and wait for them to wake up??

Tyler's fast asleep and I'm sure he'll wake up so I'm PFing instead of catching up on my sleep!!

Yes! I do this. Like Brody is asleep now, but I know he'll need feeding from anytime between 11 and 1 say if I don't wake him. So I'll stay up until his next feed, instead of going to sleep.x

Same o is asleep on my chest lol he is due feed at about 10.30 pm so no point putting him to bed lol

Sophies routine now means shes in bed for half 7 at the latest and is sleeping through till half 1. I make the most of the time and get the bottles done, house cleaned up and then PF for a bit oh and im going to start having a pampering session every night and get into sorting out these stretch marks!
