Do you use cream every nappy change?

Only when sore. I was told by health visitor not to use it uneccesarily as it provides the perfect breeding ground for bacteria if used too often x

I only use it when we have skin breakdown. Once you break the cycle of the skin breaking down then you shouldn't need it until there's any signs of redness again.

I'm a big sudocrem fan. I use it for everything. OH says if my leg were hanging off I'd no doubt put sudocrem on it LOL.

I use it every other change as I read the pee can irritate his wee bits. He's never had any nappy rash.

I have a johnsons nappy cream which is a lot thinner like a kind of moisturiser/barrier type cream, I use that after his bath every night before bed.

We do morning and night changes with cream so only 2 unless he has nappy rash (which has only been twice with teething)

I use it on Ethan every night before he goes to bed.. But other than that, only if his bum is red or sore looking xx
