because if its COLD you can put a jumper on and be warm... but if its to HOT then theres nothing really you can do!!

But if its only a bit to hot id go for that I think...!

I can't stand being too hot and am usually quite warm, even if cold outside. I would much rather feel a bit cool than too hot.

I rarely wear a scarf or gloves or hat in the winter as I like the cold air. OH and I have a constant battle over the central heating thermostat, he's always turning it up while I turn it down. I hate the radiators being on in the mornings as I feel all oppressed by the heat, but he's like 'it's January, have a heart'!

same here I go round turning the radiators down as I'm too hto and then DH goes round turning them back up. It's what I'm used to though as I was brought up on a farm where we were out in all weathers and no double glazing in the house and the only heating came form fires, it was bloody cold there i used to sleep with my socks on and my gloves too, but I prefer that than being too hot

Cold, because like coreys mummy said when you're too cold you can put a jumper on or the heating on. But if it is too hot then thats it, your stuck and there is nothing you can do.

Aah, but that's different I think. I don't know about others, but I LOVE the sun (not that I ever see it!). I love sunny hot weather, but don't like 'false' heat, I just find it oppressive and stifling and muggy.

COLD! I wear t-shirts in the winter and thin jackets, rarely wear a scarf or gloves.

Cold cold cold.
The worst thing about my 10+ years in australia was th heat, I have the most horrible memories of easter a couple of years ago 44 degrees centigrade. Utterly awful. Why
You cannot go outside without going red in the face and dripping in sweat
You cannot take your kids out
Kids get burnt by the metal on their seat belts
You can't sleep at night with the heat or mosquitos
You can't go outside without greasy suncream 50+ all over. If you miss a patch on your child they will blister there and you both will feel ratsh!t Make up-forget it, sweat will make it grosse.
Kiddies can't sleep.
You might be lucky(?) like me and not be capable of sweating a great deal and just feel boiling all the time.
The power goes out due to excess power(air con) demand so you will just stew, fans can no longer blow around the awful air.

Right rant over, glad Im out of that sh!t hole. Heat even 28 degrees centigrade makes me miserable. My colonial boy hubby likes tropical heat, he always is much cooler than me to touch, and a real sweaty chap.
To be fair, I did not have a car when living there, maybe that would help a wee bit.

It snows here, in the land of the kiwi fruit, I love it. Makes me happy
