Do you count spotting as your CD1 or wait until full flow ?

Need help ladies, I've always had one day before my period thats just light spotting, I've always counted this as cd1, then I read something on the SMEP link saying cd1 is the day you have full flow. My first day I don't even need to wear a pad ?.

Im the same.. sometimes i get two days of on off spotting before full flow i always count full flow as cd 1 xx

Ah ok, I'm the same as Moomin, I've always counted the spotting as cd1, maybe I've been doing it wrong then.

Yep, cd1 is the first day of full flow xx
