Hi,
My partner works away and I'll only see him on CD7/8 and then later on in the month. I believe I usually ovulate quite early any way around day 12 (not confirmed, just going by pains and CM).
I done a Google search to see if there is any way to bring ovulation forward so that this month might not be totally lost and found lots of stuff saying that taking Soy Isoflavones makes ovulation happen earlier. Does this actually work? And do you have to take it for months for it to work or would it work this cycle if I started taking it now (currently on CD2)? Also when do I start taking it and when do I stop?
I know absolutely nothing about these Soy Isoflavones so any information about what they do would be appreciated.
Thank you!
