Do Soy Isoflavones Cause Early Ovulation?

Hi,

My partner works away and I'll only see him on CD7/8 and then later on in the month. I believe I usually ovulate quite early any way around day 12 (not confirmed, just going by pains and CM).

I done a Google search to see if there is any way to bring ovulation forward so that this month might not be totally lost and found lots of stuff saying that taking Soy Isoflavones makes ovulation happen earlier. Does this actually work? And do you have to take it for months for it to work or would it work this cycle if I started taking it now (currently on CD2)? Also when do I start taking it and when do I stop?

I know absolutely nothing about these Soy Isoflavones so any information about what they do would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Soy should not be taken if you have regular cycles and ovulate on your own
I took it cd3-7 and ovulate day 23! So no it didn't bring mine earlier
If you have sex day 8 your still in with a chance if ovulate c12!
Preseed helps sperm live a bit longer perhaps try that
Soy is like clomid and can cause multiple eggs being released

I ovulate on my own, tried it a couple of months, no success but I did ovulate early on cd12 when I had been ovulating on cd14. Be very careful with it! Only take it if you're not ovulating or it will mess you up xx
