did I ovulated, can someone interperet BBT chart

Fertility friend confirmed your ovulation on CD13, the 28th and you haven't gone under the cover line until the 10th. Don't want to get your hopes up but that could be due to implantation!x

thank you, I was skeptical for while, because someone told me that you need after the dip three higher temp to confirm ovulation and I see on my chart that after dip there was rise, but right after drop down followed by slow rise again. confusing
