Did I ovulate today & what are the odds of conceiving this cycle??

Ok so I got a positive opk yesterday afternoon and an even stronger positive opk this morning. This afternoon I got pains in my lower abdomen very much on the left side - almost felt like it was in my hip. It got stronger but after 4 hours it's subsided. Is it safe to say I've ovulated today? And does that mean I count tomorrow as 1dpo?

Also - we bd'd this afternoon and the last 2 days...does that mean we stand a good chance? Been ttc for a year now and just so desperate for our bfp!!!

I've been told you should also bed for a few days after to seal the deal. FX!
