Did anyone take Arnica to aid healing?

Hi Everyone

I'm buying the things for my hospital bag and one of things that has been recommended to me is to take arnica to aid the healing after birth.
I have seen the wee tablets in Holland and Barrett but they are sold in 6c or 30c - did anyone on here use them and if so which strength did you use?

Hi there
I packed Arnica 6C from Boots and after birth, popped 4 at a time every hour and then as recommended. Brilliant! Healing still in process, but have had no probs with pain and bruising!
A deffinite for the labour bag.
