diarrhea

hi guys
baby sarah has had the runs since friday! She normally only has 2 dirty nappies per day at the most but since friday has been having at least 4 or 5 per day.
She is 7 weeks old today and has not had any other problems.
She usually always finishes her 5 oz at 5 - 6 bottles per 24 hours, hasnt been sick and still sleeps the same and hasnt been crying anymore than usual or anything else. She has been sleeping from 1am right through til at least 8am every night for weeks now and this hasnt changed either.
Other than the runs, everything is the exact same with her, she is still happy when awake and smiling away lol but im just worried at the length of time she has had it now. I know not to let her get dehydrated but she doesnt like drinking water but like i say she does drink all her milk and isnt being sick.
Any suggestions what it could be or what i should do? She has her 6 week check up tomorrow even tho she is 7 weeks! should i leave it til then or maybe phone and try get her seen today.

Im not sure it posted because I was on here before and didnt see this post?
I think if all else seems fine then dont worry. At that age it seems scary, but sometimes just happens. If she has a temp, would def get her seen. Otherwise Id wait until the morning.
You know all the dehydration signs yeah? They normally dont hospitalise them unless the diarrhoea is ridiculous or taking less than half their feeds.
4/5 a day isnt too bad. Just keep an eye out on all the obvious things
