It might be a blood sugar thing. Have you been eating small snacks in between meals? I find I get really shakey if I get hungry, sometimes I don't even notice I am that hungry because it seems my stomach doens't give me all the same queues it did before. I have to time my eating every two-three hours (a snack or meal) or else I do feel ill. Glad you are feeling better now!
 
I had this yesterday actually! And I sat down had a cup of tea with an extra sugar in it and relaxed for half an hour before going back to work and felt fine afterwards xx
 
Hey I get this all the time and can literally feel my sugar levels drop sometimes! Always carry something sweet with me! I used to get this before being pg so is worse now!!

Usually find a cuppa and biscuit helps and having a little sit down!

Definitely pack snacks but I find sugary ones make me feel worse. I do best with a protein, like a string cheese stick or peanut butter with crackers!
 
Hey

I've been feeling really similar to this the past few days. My head feels really whoozy and my hands start shaking. Normally it helps if I have a glass of water, sit still, and try and cool down, I carry around a little battery powered fan all the time now! Snacks help as well, and I'd recommend the same as domestichuman. If I have some cheese, I feel much better, sugary things don't seem to help me!
