    Is anybody doing them?

I'm halfway through a course and they are bloody brilliant imho!

I've had such a painful achey day and the class has made me feel so much better.

I wish I had started sooner though as ill be 39+4 on the last class!

so for anyone in late tri 2 or early tri 3 I def recommend them :)

    Xx

yes they are paid, they are kinda a combo of breathing, relaxation, yoga and education. Mine cost about £50 for a 6 week course (90 mins a session) but I don't know if it is different in other places? I've learnt so much! xx
