Cramps after sex?

A bit of an embaressing Q I am 3 months pregnant and wondered if cramps after sex or a fumble are normal? I am having period like pains, nothing unbearable but was just worried?

Yeah it's normal, I had some last week. It was like AF pain but only lasted about a minute or so

Thanks I've had it about half an hour but it's subsiding now and it's not painful, just like period cramps really.

I had these too, once or twice was really quite sore, they seem to stop after a few weeks tho
