It'll most likely be your body releasing the egg. The ovulation strips tell you that you're about to ovulate. In reality you ovulate anywhere up to 36 hours after the surge

I agree with this. Your strongest test will show that you are going to ovulate, not that it’s happening at this present moment. So best get down to it
