Cramping badly at 5 weeks!.....

Hi all,
I'm 5 weeks 6 days pregnant and I'm having horrendous cramps on and off throughout the day. They started about a week ago and feels like extreme period pains with the pain going round my lower back and into my legs. They are waking me up in the night and are really making me worry. I've had no spotting or bleeding so that's the only thing making me not go crazy!

Has anyone got any advice or had this too? Should I be worried?

yes I've had loads of cramping xx don't worry, if there is no blood its normal x

I was doubled over in agony with cramps early on with my first, everything was fine so I just put it down to baby burrowing in xxx
