i love it and am planning on using it during my next attempt at losing weight, it is free on the sw green day and i have the Ainsley Harriot one, does anyone else like it, if so do you have it on its own or do you add veggies and stuff to it? i have it in a large cup and it really fills me up, its lovely.
i love grilled chicken with cous cous and peri peri sauce, yuuuuuuuuuuum!! doesnt make me bloated like when i have rice either
In the tesco spice aisle they do tubs of herbs to add to plain stuff as you soak it- the lemon herby one is lovely. I make it and have it with roasted cherry toms, peppers, mushrooms and onions etc and sometimes salmon mmmmmmm
