well they have 2 dont they if things r shit

my bathroom floors not even tiled yet grr

They have to as they're your landlords. How quick you get the repairs done depends on how good the company they contract it out to is.

You may have to nag them to get round to it- or they may do it really soon :cheer:

We're with a housing association and have been really lucky to have got all new double glazed windows and doors, brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom :D We even got to pick the style and colour etc ourselves which I think it pretty good.

I like that they're offering that people can get radiators put in too, to replace the strange forms of heating that are sometimes there at the mo :) (underfloor or hot air circulating things)

It's obviously not the same council I was with... we had to wait 6 months to get our leaking toilet fixed and didn't have central heating or double glazing all through winter when Tia was born... because we had a Gas fire in the living room...which we couldn't use because it wasn't safe... We moved in in the July and it took them till December to get their fingers out and fix it!!! Till then we had to survive on one, very tiny fan heater...but they kept repeating the fact that they were not legally obligated to provide heating in more than one room.?????? Go figure.. I was glad to leave..

But at least some councils are good. :cheer:
