Could a move lead to a BFP?

Hi lovelies

No news on the Baby front, still TTC! But some news! we have put in an offer on our first home today!
I've read a lot of stories about ladies who have been TTC for a while and as soon as a life change like a house move or job move happens and their minds distracted..... Boom, BFP!
Hopefully that'll happen to us as TTC seems to be on my mind constantly at the moment. Could do with a distraction! xxx
