Cough/Cold

Evie seems to have a bit of a cold...she's all sniffley and sneezy and keeps having the occasional cough.

Is there anything I can give her?? She'll be 2 months on Wednesday

You could try just a general linctus for her cough as it doesnt really have anything in.

As for her cold not really sure what you can do other than extract the runny stuff from her nose with aspirator. You could pop into your chemist and ask the pharmacist? If her nose is really stuffy you could try sitting in the bathroom with her and turn hot tap or shower on, the steam should help a little.

Adam has had his 3rd cold and this last one was really bad.

I asked the HV and all she sugested was carvol and calpol but then again Adam is a tiny bit older and can have these.

Keep her proped up at night and everything that Flame has said. Make sure she gets plenty of fluids, sleep and most importantly cuddles. xxx

u can use nasasol / saline solution in his nose , my hv said i could put olbas oil on a clothe near his cot but only 1 drop .

you can use the snuffle babe chest rub too for her and calpol. hope she gets better soon.
