Coronavirus and anxiety

So yeah...getting paranoid about my little one and the coronavirus. Came back from Sainsburys and my baby was crying so i picked her up to comfort her without washing my hands So worried now and it doesn't help that I have anxiety and with all this it just makes my anxiety worse! I know it sounds silly but i have non stopped worried about her getting this. My baby is premature.

Babies and kids under 9 have been infected but have no symptoms, it seems they just "poop it out" from what I read. They don't seem to be affected so I wouldn't worry about it too much.x

Children are least affected by it, even newborns recover easily, don't worry! The main issue is them transmitting it to older people x
