? Contractions/tightenings

I have just been down my OH parents house and was having uncomfortable tightenings every 10 minutes lasting 50-60 secs. For a good 2 hours. So I thought might be the latent phase starting. Therefore come home and all stopped Grrr.

Ah the joys of false labour! I had this for 4 days with my first. Gets really annoying. Lol - just when you think it's all go it tapers off again!! Lol

Yes, I keep getting tightenings, they'll be regular for a little bit and I get excited and then they disappear, it is so annoying!

I moved from the ball to the sofa and they ramped up every 4 mins, fell asleep a big one woke me up then nothing. So annoying.
